Q. When can I start using my account?
A. Your account will be available immediately after you download the application for use with 60* minutes of free calling time to Canada & USA.
Q. Are there any contracts or agreements to sign?
A. No. You are not required to sign any contract or agreement.
Q. What type of phone do I need to use GL2GO?
A. All you need is a smartphone to download the GL2GO application.

Q. How do I recharge my account?
A. You can recharge your account online or by contacting Customer Service at 1.877.817.3677. You can also set up Auto Recharge on your account so that you never have to worry about running out of call time. For more details

Q. Does my account balance ever expire?
A. Your account and account balance will expire two years after the last use.
Q. How do I check my account balance/talk time?
A. You can check your account balance online or directly on the App once you login. Your available minutes of talk time will also be announced each time you make a call.
Q. Will I be charged for minute usage by my cellular provider?
A. Yes. Calls made from cell phones use airtime or may accrue roaming charges when calling from outside your local calling area. However, if you have an unlimited incoming call plan, you can use the Call Back feature to eliminate minute usage. You can also eliminate roaming fees by using the enhanced Call Back feature.

Q. Do I consume data when using the GL2GO application for long distance calling?
A. Yes. Placing a call using the Direct Dial or Call Back feature requires a small amount of data (less than 300 bytes). For your reference, 1MB of data will allow almost 4000 call back requests. We have optimized GL2GO to minimize data consumption as much as possible without compromising any functionality.
